Our office will be closed June 8th-12th. We will return Monday, June 15th and respond to messages as soon as possible upon our return.   If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. 



Please allow 24-72 business hours for all prescription refill requests and responses to Portal Messages.  Office is closed on Fridays.

**New Patients** Please add your Credit Card information under Invoices and Payment. We apologize but at this time we DO NOT accept American Express.
